Interim S/4 HANA Consultant

We’re looking for an experienced consultant with significant S/4 Hana deployment experience, in a remote role but with some travel required. There will be some workshops possible in Brussels/ London/ Paris and factory visits in France/ DACH (fully expensed).
Key Requirements:
- Experience implementing S/4 for a consumer products (preferably food) or pharma company.
- Ideally, previous consulting experience at Big4, Accenture, etc. is a big plus.
- Business process end-to-end experience during SAP implementations.
It’s important that all candidates are experienced in preparing and executing all activities related to designing the L3/L4 processes based on industry best practices AND have designed this in the best of breed solutions the client chose (Salesforce, SAP S4/HANA O2C, OMP, etc). They have to know the tools and what can be configured. But we are not looking for experts that can implement the tools.
- Deep process expertise in Planning/S&OP: understand the process end to end, has implemented it. Big plus if they know OMP with integration to S/4.
- Person who has deployed S4 Hana in many S4 roll outs and focused on PP (production planning) or MM (material management) modules.
- Has experience with Consumer Products and/or life sciences.
- Good level of seniority as main counterparts will be the client’s functional leadership team (must be able to discuss the bigger picture/ challenge the client on their respective process, guide the client on where the biggest business value drivers are, etc. but also be able to go down to details when needed).
- Basic consulting toolkit: should be able to make and drive a plan, can prepare for workshops and drive client alignment through outside-in recommendations.
- Ability to draw and map processes, easily communicate ideas, provide value to client on which processes will be best for their solution.
