We’re looking for 1 x Senior Procurement Account Manager and 1 x Procurement Account Manager to join our Procuretech partner, in a newly created Customer Accounts team.
You’ll be joining the company at an extremely exciting period of growth, as they approach a significant relaunch and introduce new, cutting-edge software solutions for their clients. They’re in a positive financial position, with some significant global names in their stable of on-going work.
The team will work with customers across Europe, Middle East, North America, and Asia. These roles are therefore on a hybrid-basis that includes time working remotely, in our partner’s offices, or at their customer locations. Having easy access to London is a must.
The 1 x Senior Procurement Account Manager will be leading and coaching a team of account managers to drive high-performance, so leadership experience is required for this role.
These positions are not “front line” procurement positions, rather they are managing procurement activity within customer accounts, including technology implementation and support, and managing the performance of operational tactical procurement teams. As customer facing roles, superb relationship management skills are essential.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Experience working in a senior customer-facing role. Ideally coming from a procurement consultancy or procurement technology background.
- A good understanding of sourcing and procurement people, S2P workflows and processes, and technologies.
- Experience working with enterprise SaaS.
- Experience of creating and executing account strategies.
- Effective, empathetic verbal and written communication with all levels of seniority.
- A strong proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
- Consultative selling experience with a track-record of hitting account and/or revenue-based targets.
- An ability to work in an innovative, collaborative team, with a positive can-do attitude in a time of significant change.
